Our staff commits to performing the set standard of DOT collection processes.  A new collector watches videos, mock collections,  and week of shadowing, along with our electronic software.  Our collectors then begin performing ride-alongs with co-workers, while continuing their hands on training in order to receive certifications for BAT testing, mock collections for DOT, situational training, and reporting to the designated employee representative.
